Squash NZ Reporting During the year there are two important reports that all affiliated clubs must complete and return to Squash NZ. 1) Club Membership List, which is due to Squash NZ by the 31st July each year. This list is essential for us to see how the growth of the game is changing throughout the country and is also used for the purposes of assessing funding allowances from Squash NZ to Districts.... so if your club is not getting the information in Squash Waikato are missing out on funding for your squash.
2) SEM (or Senior Equivalent Member) Return, which is due to Squash NZ by 31st October each year. This calculation is used to determine a clubs affiliation fee for the year ahead. If no SEM return is received an affiliation amount may be estimated, and NO REFUNDS will be given if this amount is higher once the SEM return is received.
